Use of Multi-Ply Cookware: Vegetable Cooking - Retain nutrients and flavor. Step 1. Place vegetables in pan. Add 3 ounces of water. Step 2. Cover pan with valve open. Place over medium heat. Let vapor escape for 3-5 minutes. Step 3. Close valve and turn off heat. Let pan stand 5-20 minutes, depending on vegetable type. 1 Quart Small Saucepan with cover - An all purpose pan for sauces, soups, frostings, or to warm leftovers and baby food. 2 Quart Medium Saucepan with cover - Use for vegetables, puddings, cereals, stuffings. Combines with casserole/double boiler or steamer insets. 3 Quart Large Saucepan with cover - Perfect for chili, soups, cooking fruit or vegetables. Can be used with inset pan or steamer. 6 Quart Super Large Saucepan with cover - Great for stews or roasts, and those big meals at family gatherings.
