Care, Cleaning and Helpful Hits: Oven and Dishwasher safe - Durable and Lifetime Warranty. Wash and rinse in hot, soapy water; dry well. Care after cooking is as easy as washing your other dinnerware. To remove tough residue, partially fill utensil with hot water; let stand a few minutes. Discard water and loosen food with a wooden spatula, then rub with cleanser. Golden brown or blue heat tint may result from persistant over-heating. Spread cleanser on a damp cloth and rub until clean. Covers are designed for convenient space saving storage. WARNING: Do not use stainless steel abrasive pads. Food sticks to bottom of pan - Constant over-heating or range may not be level. Scratching - Utensil cleaned incorrectly or use of of vigerous motion of stirring spoon or electric mixer. Note: Lifetime Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents or alterations to the product.
